Sandra Vásquez de la Horra (born in 1967 in Viña del Mar, Chile) is a Chilean artist based in Berlin, recognized for her drawings and works on paper featuring female figures and symbolic motifs, in which myth, spirituality, sexuality, death, and rebirth intertwine. She often works with graphite and watercolor, then dips her sheets in wax to give them a distinctive materiality, and gained international visibility through her participation in the central exhibition of the 2022 Venice Biennale (The Milk of Dreams).
